These crumble easily there is a good bit of loose powder in the bottle.
I have never used fast-acting melatonin before I didn’t like the way they crumbled in the bottle.

Best melatonin I’ve taken
I have pretty bad insomnia, even with my prescription sleep meds. I used to wake up a few hours after my meds, but I added this into my routine, and most nights I sleep like a baby 8+ hours through.

Well…it’s melatonin
The value is great but I don’t believe they are as potent as the other brands I’ve purchased. I always take 10mg timed released. I ended up having to take 2 to get nearly the same results as 1 of the other brands I’ve used.

Sleep util morning
Tired of waking up at 3:00 AM and the brain kicking into high? Try one of these. I sleep all night now. I was taking the regular melatonin which allowed me to wake in the middle of the night. I got a lot of quilting done but was very tired so now I slept all night. Its worth a lot.

Helps with Dementia patient
This has made a noticeable difference with my husband who has dementia. I have noticed that it takes about an hour and a half to kick in but then I am crushing it and putting in food- I imagine the effect woukd be quicker if it was taken whole- but you do what you have to do when it comes to stubborn dementia patients.

Not as good as the dissolve
I thought extended release would work better than the ones that dissolve but it didn’t for me. A bit disappointed but they make a good dissolve one too so I’ll use those.

Tasty immediate relief!
I love this product! The melatonin is so flavorful and tasty. It really does quickly dissolve in your mouth giving immediate relief. I just get suddenly sleepy and go to bed right away.
