Great packaging
The packaging for turkey can get annoying but this is one of the better ones that’s easier to reseal. The turkey itself is also perfect for sandwiches.

Not very good
Didn’t care for this too much. It was basically tasteless. It took awhile until I could taste the oven roasted part. Will not buy this again.

Okay, other than a strong vinegar taste and smell.
It has a surprising amount of vinegar in it. I thought it must have been spoiled or something, but then I read the ingredients and saw how high up on the list the vinegar was. It’s common for prepackaged roast Turkey slices to have some, but this one had way too much. It was almost like trying to eat pickled turkey. I ended up disposing of most of this. Many of their other lunch meats are fine, but this one was not good, in my opinion.

Love the packaging
It’s good, expect for the weird ring around the slices. I love the way they package it though, so it’s resealable and doesn’t slide all over the place. And it’s not slimy like some other pre-packaged lunch meat. Seems high quality, so I’ll pay more for it.

Gelatinous Texture
This was awful, I actually just ended up feeding it to my dog. Even hubby didn’t like it! The ingredients sound like it’s pure turkey, but I could tell from the texture it has some thickener in it like carageenan or something, it clearly was rubbery and gelatinous and lacked the deep turkey flavor and meaty texture. I usually buy the organic Diestel turkey brand, those are the best I’ve ever had. Maybe it’s just after having such good turkey from Diestel that this brand tastes awful…just could not recommend!

Pretty decent for prepackaged – fresh
I think it was good for store brand – I usually like it fresh from deli, but ordering online I had to buy prepackaged and I was happy with it. Not slimy or smelly, bland so it fits the purpose of a protein and allows you to create a sandwhich you like each day vs being forced into Cajun or something distinct.
