Description

his fully cooked (32 oz.) package contains tender chicken smothered in a flavorful Indian Butter sauce, that is gluten free and guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. It’s no wonder this aromatic dish with golden chicken pieces in an incredible creamy curry sauce is such a popular choice at Indian restaurants around the world. Bursting with flavor and featuring a little kick of heat, the sauce, made with Indian spices, tomatoes, butter and heavy cream, makes you want to come back bite after bite. And because the chicken is already fully cooked using the sous vide method to ensure tenderness, prepping this dish is as easy as pushing a few buttons on a microwave.

Heating Instructions

Microwave: place unopened pouch in a microwave-safe dish and pierce top a few times. Place in microwave and heat on high for 5-6 minutes. Let pouch rest, unopened, for 1 minute in the microwave. Remove, carefully cut pouch open and place contents in a serving dish.

Stovetop, Conventional: open pouch and pour contents into a medium saucepot. Heat on medium-low for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.

Stovetop, Simmer in Pouch: fill a large pot with water and bring to a low simmer. Place unopened pouch in water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Do not allow water to boil. Remove pouch from water and allow to rest unopened for 1 minute before serving.
