Refund and Return Policy for Mehrians and Shagla

Mehrians and Shagla (“we,” “us,” or “our”) value your satisfaction and are committed to providing quality products and services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines how we handle refunds and returns for purchases made at our store or online.
2. Refunds
We offer refunds for most items within 30 days of purchase, with or without a receipt. However, some exceptions apply, such as:
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, meat, dairy, bakery, flowers) must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
- Pet supplies (e.g., food, treats, toys, grooming products) must be returned unopened and unused with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- Health and wellness products (e.g., vitamins, supplements, medicines, personal care items) must be returned unopened and unused with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- Home and kitchen items (e.g., appliances, cookware, utensils, linens, decor) must be returned with a receipt and all original packaging and accessories within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we may issue a store credit or an exchange at our discretion, based on the current selling price of the item.
3. Returns
You can return items purchased at our store or online by following these steps:
- For in-store purchases, bring the item and the receipt to the customer service desk at our store. Our associates will process your return and issue a refund or an exchange as per our policy.
- For online purchases, you can either return the item to our store or mail it back to us. To return by mail, visit our website and follow the instructions to print a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely and attach the label to the package. Drop it off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup. We will process your return and issue a refund or an exchange as per our policy once we receive the item.
Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee or other conditions for returns. These items will be clearly marked on our website or in our store.
4. Exchanges

- Home and kitchen items (e.g., appliances, cookware, utensils, linens, decor) must be exchanged with a receipt and all original packaging and accessories within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges will be based on the current selling price of the item. If you do not have a receipt, we may offer a store credit or an exchange at our discretion.
5. California Transparency in Supply Chains Act
We support the goals of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 and strive to be examples of good human rights and labor practices throughout our business activities. We require our suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits the use of forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and slavery in their supply chains. We also conduct audits and assessments of our suppliers to verify their compliance and take corrective actions if necessary.
